Age Group: 3rd grade plus teams (U10+)
What to bring: Athletic gear appropriate for practice, water bottle (refill station available on-site), and a folding/sideline chair if you have one. Come ready to play and have fun!
Purpose: Training session to prepare coaches to lead a fun and engaging U10-U16 season — covering age-appropriate activities, safety guidelines, team management, and session structure for the upcoming season.
