Field not set up when you arrive? You set it up.
No one coming after your game? Look around and asked around to find out. You tear it down.
U6-U8 Set Up. Time = 5 minutes per field
1) Find the on-site storage box: for flags/stakes and where goals will be placed
2) Position and set up the goals:
Place goals centered on the goal line at each end of the field.
Assemble/set up the goal then square the frame so both posts sit equal distance from the sideline
3) Place the corner flags.Place one flag (assembled to be 5ft tall) at each of the four corners of the field, pushed firmly into the ground.
U6-U8 Take Down. Time = 5 minutes per field
1) Find the on-site storage box: for flags/stakes and where goals will be placed
2) Remove corner flags: pull apart to disassemble and place in storage box.
3) Remove goals: fold the goals and move to the lock location near the lock box (at Walnut Park, goals lean against the green cage). Stack the goals like books for ease of locking up at end of day (someone else will come lock up).
U10-U19 Set Up. Time = 10 minutes per field
1) Find the on-site storage box: for flags/stakes
2) Position and set up the goals:
Move the goals, wheels can be flipped down to help.
Position each goal so its front posts sit directly on the goal line, centered between the two sidelines, with the goal mouth facing into the field of play.
Ensure the wheels are flipped up and use at least two stakes per goal to anchor the goals to the ground.
3) Place the corner flags.Place one flag (assembled to be 5ft tall) at each of the four corners of the field, pushed firmly into the ground.
U10-U19 Take Down Time = 10 minutes per field
1) Find the on-site storage box: for flags/stakes
2) Remove corner flags and stakes: Place in storage box.
3) Remove goals: Move the goals entirely off the field and out of the way of any other activites or lawn mowers, clam shell the goals so the mouth of each goal is facing each other.
